Islandia is a planned development consisting of 438 townhomes located in Alameda, California. We are fortunate to be located on property that is within walking distance of San Francisco Bay. Built in a time when such things were possible, we have extensive common areas and are close to excellent schools and shopping. We are a managed association with an on-site crew that keeps the fifty buildings and 55 acres of grounds in superb shape. We have many volunteers who help us build a community and who help us create a safe and secure environment for our members.
